Just watched her new vid and this is what i got.

Just thought I’d mention that I don’t think she’s used a terrible amount of AE in this video if any at all. Here’s why:She’s shooting from Japan, not from home. When she shot from home, she took a photo of her room and displayed it as her video background using kiki’s green-screen. She would have placed this photo in as the last step in her edit. This way, if she were to warp herself skinnier/her head bigger/whatever the fuck she does- it wouldn’t show in the background via say, a moving wall or piece of furniture. You’ll notice that in these videos, all her AE faux pas are to do with her face or hair and not the stagnant background. Not all of them were green-screened (think the outfit video when her knees accidentally blend together) But if you look carefully at the ones set in her room, you can tell. This is just a blanket draped up. If she really morphed her head that much, it would show on the flowers behind her. Merp.

you dont need a green screen to morph at all. All she needs is tracking dots on her face for adobe after effects. Your argument was very nice but the only problem is she doesnt need a green screen to morph her face. Her body maybe, but not her face.

I think you misunderstand. I am talking about her head shape, not her face.I took AE in college~ If she were using a green screen she could easily morph her head shape as shown here, because a plain green background would not show warping as a floral one would. Once everything is said and done and the liquifying is complete/rendered, you can add whichever background you like without fear of the liquify effect being a dead giveaway in the background. (Like it is in her photos) Hope this makes sense ahah. And yes I do think she uses tracking points I’m certainly not denying that :x
